Is VibeQueue really free?
Yes. The host app is free to download on iOS and Android. Running events where guests request songs for free costs nothing. The 15% fee only applies when guests attach a payment to their song request.
Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions?
No. VibeQueue has no subscription tiers, no monthly fees, and no premium plans. You pay nothing until you generate revenue from paid requests.
What happens if I reject a paid request?
The guest is automatically refunded in full. You keep full control over your queue and will never be forced to play a song you don't want. Rejected paid requests cost you nothing.
How does the trust level system work?
Trust level is built over time through consistent event hosting, positive guest interactions, and reliable payouts. As your trust level increases, your platform fee decreases. There are no upfront requirements to start.
How do I get a referral code?
Referral codes are available within the VibeQueue host app. Share your code with other DJs and hosts. When they activate their accounts, your fee rate is reduced for future events.
